Add the first 4 ingredients below to the blender and blitz for less than 5 seconds. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tb chia
- 2 tb pumpkin seeds
- Pinch salt
Next add the rest of the ingredients below to the glow and stir well.
- 1/2 cup more oats
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 tb macadamia oil
Spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes until the oats turn a nice golden brown.
