Brownie Littles | Paleo, GF

I grew up eating a lot of junk food!!!! My lunchbox almost always had a package of something super sugary. It’s no wonder I was “hyper” all the time.

Making healthy versions of the treats I adored brings me a sense of happiness I can hardly put into words. Here is a new recipe for “Brownie Littles” named by my little:



  • 3/4 cup paleo flour
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • flaky salt, for topping


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make sure to mash up all the lumps
  3. Mix all the wet ingredients in a small bowl
  4. Add wet ingredients & dry ingredients in the large bowl and stir well
  5. Add chocolate chips now if you’re using them
  6. Spoon the mixture into a mini muffin pan lined with baking cups. We like the parchment paper kind. Sprinkle salt on top
  7. Bake for a bout 20 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from your muffin pan.
